The guide surfaces of the bed, columns, beams, etc. are all treated with ultrasonic quenching.Improved the wear resistance, durability, and precision of the machine tool. The main transmission system adopts a switched reluctance motor instead of the old-fashioned DC generator set and DC motor, which has the advantages of small footprint, low operating current, ultra-low speed constant torque output, etc. PLC control is used instead of old-fashioned contactor control, reducing operational difficulty and failure rate.
This machine tool is suitable for single piece, small batch, or batch production of large manufacturing industries such as machine tools, heavy machinery, and large diesel engines. It is used for rough and precision machining and grinding of horizontal, vertical, and inclined surfaces of various parts, as well as for "T" - shaped grooves on guide surfaces composed of various planes.
